What happens after the 1-year free trial ends?
You'll move to a paid plan or export your data — your choice. We notify you 60 days before the trial ends. No surprise charges, ever.
Is there a per-employee fee?
The SME trial is free for up to 50 employees for one full year regardless of how many employees you add within that limit. Paid plans are priced per-employee per-month — contact us for current rates.
Can I upgrade to Enterprise mid-trial?
Yes. If you need multi-entity support, API access, or a dedicated compliance manager before your trial ends, reach out at sales@opticomp-bharat.com and we'll upgrade you immediately.
Does the free trial include all compliance modules?
Yes — EPF, ESIC, PT, TDS, LWF, Bonus, Gratuity, Maternity, POSH, statutory registers, payroll, ESS portal, leave management, F&F settlement. No features are locked behind a paywall during the trial.
